Man in Bhopal buys ATM on Dhanteras

Bhopal 4 Nov. 2010, A resident of Bhopal Rajesh Jethpuria gifted his wife an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) on the occasion of Dhanteras.
Dhanteras is festival, when people purchase gold and silver but Jaithpuria went a step ahead and purchased the ATM itself.
He runs a construction and interior decoration enterprise at Maharana Pratap Nagar
Jaithpuria said that he was looking for a new business opportunity, so he thought there can be nothing better than owning an ATM.
He said that people across India celebrate Godess Lakshmi on the occasion of Diwali so he thought there is nothing better that acquiring the money vending machine itself.
He said that he is planning to buy five more ATM.
Under the policy of Reserve Bank of India, the ATM machine can be outsourced but the money in the ATM belongs to the bank.
However, the vendor / owner of the machine will be given commission on each transaction.
Jethpuria said that he was inspired by a banker friend so he bought the AT machine for 7 lakhs.
